These terms govern use of this website and describe the general basis on which Dream Cloud Services provides services. Individual projects are governed by a signed proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over this page. This text is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes relating to evaluating or engaging our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or systems connected to it, or use automated means to extract content at scale.

Content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, technology references and illustrative interfaces describe our capabilities and are not offers, guarantees or commitments in respect of any specific project.
Project engagements
Work begins on the basis of a written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. Where this page conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.
Estimates and pricing
Pricing depends on functionality, complexity, platforms, integrations, infrastructure and scope. Estimates given before requirements are reviewed are indicative and subject to change once scope is defined.
Client responsibilities
Delivery depends on timely access to information, systems, accounts, content and decision-makers. Delays in these areas may affect timelines and cost.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of project deliverables produced specifically for the client transfers to the client, as set out in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and internal methods remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting and licences. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside our control, and any subscription or licence costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality
Information shared in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. We do not publish client names, materials or figures without written permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the website and our services is limited as set out in the applicable project agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
